These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of every product sold by Orya Systems, including the Framecraft web app and its add-ons. By completing a purchase or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

- Framecraft is the core web app. Add-ons work only inside an active Framecraft account.
- Prices are in US dollars and charged once. Each purchase gives lifetime access to the product bought, for as long as the product is operated.
- Our products provide prompts, templates and guided workflows. They do not generate images or videos themselves; you use the prompts on third-party AI platforms.
- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

01Who we are
The products are sold and operated by Orya Systems, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Orya Systems. “You” and “the customer” refer to the person or business purchasing or using our products.
02Our products
Orya Systems currently offers the following products, as described on our Products page:
- Framecraft, the core web app, with ready-made AI prompts, a prompt editor and guided workflows for image and video editing;
- Framecraft Workflows, an add-on with step-by-step guided editing workflows;
- Framecraft Vault, an add-on with a premium collection of advanced prompts;
- Framecraft Ad Kit 10, 20 and 30, add-ons with 10, 20 or 30 prompt templates for ad creatives.
All products are digital and accessed through a web browser. Product descriptions on our website explain what each product includes. We may add, improve or reorganize content inside a product over time, without reducing the core features described at the time of purchase.
03Add-ons and prerequisites
Framecraft Workflows, Framecraft Vault and the Framecraft Ad Kits are add-ons. They are unlocked inside a Framecraft account and cannot be used on their own. Before buying an add-on, please make sure you have, or are buying at the same time, access to Framecraft.
04Purchase and access
Purchases are made online through the checkout pages linked from our website. Once your payment is confirmed, access to the product is granted to the email address used at checkout, and an access email is sent to that address.
You sign in to the web app with that email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and for any use of the products through it. If you cannot sign in, contact us with the email used at checkout and we will help you.
05Prices and payment
- Currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD), unless the checkout page states another currency.
- One-time payment. Products are currently sold for a single payment that gives lifetime access to the product purchased. If we offer a subscription product in the future, its billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Taxes. Prices may not include sales tax, VAT or other taxes that apply in your location. Where such taxes apply, they are shown or added at checkout.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a purchase already completed.
06Your licence
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own personal or business projects.
You may use the prompts and templates to create your own images, videos and ads, including for commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the prompts, templates, workflows or the app itself, or share your access with other people.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products to create or support content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, or infringes the rights of others, including copyright, trademark and image rights;
- impersonates a real person, brand or organization, or depicts a real person without their consent;
- involves sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech or harassment;
- violates the rules of the AI platform or advertising platform where you use it.
You also agree not to attempt to copy the app's content by automated means, bypass access controls, or disrupt our servers.
08Third-party AI platforms
Our products help you write prompts and plan edits. The images and videos themselves are created on third-party AI platforms of your choice. Unless stated otherwise:
- accounts, subscriptions and fees on those platforms are your responsibility and are not included in our prices;
- their own terms, content rules and policies apply to your use of them;
- we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policy changes or outputs.
09Results and warranties
We operate our products with reasonable care and skill. Because AI platforms produce different outputs from the same prompt, we do not guarantee any specific visual result, and we do not guarantee business results such as sales, ad performance or revenue.
Use cases and examples on our website illustrate how the products can be used. They are not promises of similar results.
10Availability and updates
We aim to keep the web app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update content or change the interface. If we ever discontinue a product, we will give customers reasonable notice by email.
11Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12Intellectual property
The products, including the app, its prompts, templates, workflows, texts and design, remain the property of Orya Systems and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you the licence described in section 6 and does not transfer ownership.
You keep all rights to your own inputs and to the images and videos you create, subject to the terms of the AI platforms you use.
13Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Orya Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill;
- Orya Systems's total liability relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
14Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access to a product if you seriously breach these Terms, for example by sharing or reselling your access, redistributing our content, or using the products for unlawful purposes. Where possible, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
15Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure. The affected obligations are suspended for as long as the event lasts.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Before taking any legal action, both parties agree to try to settle any dispute in good faith by contacting each other in writing at least 30 days in advance.
If the dispute is not resolved, it will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim before its courts.
17Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
